Our focus is to create a specialized supportive and nurturing environment thus enabling each resident to be more carefree while having an opportunity to engage in meaningful activity.

We are dedicated to help you live a pain-free life and be as active as you wish.

Whether you suffer from a chronic condition or injury, or are recovering from surgery, our skilled therapists will work with you to lessen pain and speed healing and strengthening. OAK FENCE CONGREGATE LIVING HEALTH FACILITY is a TYPE A facility for the mentally alert but physically disabled. We are licensed for a maximum of six patients for more interaction and personal service. Larger doorways provide easy access throughout the inside and outside without ramps or steps to impede your movement. Please schedule a tour or contact us for more information.
